Ordered and paid on 12th July, the first magazine has arrived and so has the Britannica free gift but still no sign of the transaction tracking. Should I wait longer to report this? If it needs reporting when and how should I do this please?

I've just subscribed. When you click thru to TIME it asks your country from the drop down menu. Don't choose the gift subscription. Once you choose your country it directs you to the subscription page, you can then choose the 4 free issues with no credit card details and if you don't want the subscription send the invoice back as CANCELLED.
