Order process was quick and easy! Getting set up was another matter, but Tiscali customer service were very good and in the end it was BT had the problem. Up and running now and so far so good I am happy enough.

Beware I am still awaiting payment for a package ordered in May 2008! The Commission became confirmed but still no payment.

This tracked really quickly and the switchover from BT was easy and we are very impressed. Not only do we get the cashback we also will be paying £7 a month less then we were paying BT.

I switched to tiscali phone + broadband so was expecting £35 cashback. Seemed to track ok but the value of the cashback was 0! Not really sure why or if I can do anything about it.

And dont forget: A £30 set up fee applies for BT active lines. For non BT or inactive phone lines a £99 line activation fee will apply.

If you don't currently have an active phone line, then you won't be able to claim cashback as you can't buy this online. you have to go through their call centre. They won't pay cashback even when you give them full details of the transaction.

I applied for this product and the next day they were featured on Watchdog so I was concerned that the process would not be smooth. It took just two weeks to transfer broadband and telephone service to Tiscali. They gave me a date and stuck to it. Cashback eventually corrected to the quoted amount but without prompt. Instructions to install my existing modem arrived a couple of days after going live day but these seemed to work. Therefore overall very pleased considering the great price tiscali are selling the two for compared to other suppliers.

Works well if no hiccups but had problems getting the router delivered. Once I threatened to leave, router arrived within 24 hours! Could have done without this.
