The cashback tracked very quickly - next day if I remember rightly.
In terms of Topps Tiles service, I'm not sure whether to be impressed or not!
I ordered on Sunday 14 Nov and it's been delivered today, Thurs 18 Nov, which is quick and I'm pleased with that - I'm certainly not knocking it.
However, I'd asked customer services beforehand what the delivery procedure would be as we needed the flooring before we moved house but needed to make sure it arrived on a day I was in.
Customer services said I'd get a call in advance to arrange delivery but I didn't (unless you class this as the call I received a few hours ahead of the delivery).
What caused me problems was that the whole order has been delivered today (Thurs 18 Nov) despite my order online right now still showing just the underlay dispatched and that the rest is still to come.
As a result I hadn't made space for the flooring yet and had to quickly move things to get it in.
So, what I'd say is, while delivery time is quick, don't trust what it says on the online order tracking.
I'll probably email them my feedback just so they're aware. Companies can't improve if they don't know it's an issue.

Cashback was tracked quickly - will need to wait to see how long it is before its paid. Getting hold of customer service was a nightmare phone was alway busy.

But beware, for small amounts (that extra box or 2!)
it is sometimes a lot cheaper to go in store (and try and batch match!).
