Do not use
i feel this is dishonest, they offer a cashback rate and do not give it, no discount code was used, i spent £732.59 and should have received £30.76, reason given " the sale was Non-Commissionable", what dose that mean?

Wish I'd read the reviews here first. Avoid!
I went through TopCashback to TravelUp, not going via any other site and not leaving the site until I'd booked a flight which cost nearly £600. I didn't use any vouchers or anything, I just paid the price that TravelUp gave me for the flight, paid and booked without leaving the site. Cashback should have been £9 for the international economy flight, but it wasn't paid, and when I raised the none payment with TCB, TravelUp just quicklycame back with some vague automated response listing all the reasons they refuse claims, none of which actually applied to my purchase. Absolute waste of time and an utter con having TravelUp on TCB.

Flight price increases when you use TopCashback
The exact same flight rose by £30 when I clicked through TopCashback. Same thing happened in a different browser when I used the Chrome extension. Buyer beware.

Please read other reviews before using this travel agency
My cashback was not tracked for this purchase. if you are using travelup for cashback through topcashback then dont do it. they will not track and then decline if you raise claim. Reading other reviews make me clear that i am not the only one who got trap this travelup topcashback scam. Secondly, we did not use any other channel at all while making this purchase.
Topcashback should remove such retailers where so many members or all members have given this retailer such poor rating as it tells the story.

They just want more money
Don’t buy from them, if anything goes wrong they don’t want to know or they want more money. They ignore your emails and keep you hanging on the phones forever, once you’re connected they are rude and unhelpful even the fault was on their side.
Also, the prices are higher if you use a cash back site.
The whole company has problems include their staff and website. Don’t bother, go elsewhere.

worst ever experience. Booked a flight through travelup website but could not fly as was COVID +ve on preflight testing. Called the customer service and informed a day before departure.I was offered a voucher with deduction of 80GBP for "admin fee". Had to accept that as the only other option provided was to take £220 transferred to the account after 4-6 weeks, almost 60% less than what I paid for my ticket. Still waiting for the"VOUCHER". THE CUSTONER SERVICE HAS NOW STOPPED ANSWERIBG THE EMAILS AS WELL.

I have been waiting for my refund for more than three months now without any results. Four weeks ago they made me me believe that I would get my refund in 3-5 working days. Still no money on my account. I have spoken to several people from their stuff strictly online because their lines are always off or no one is reachable. I believe I am contacting always with the same person under different fake contact names. Fake company Fake staff. Avoid them at all costs!

Unimpressed. Better for the company not to offer cashback than to annoy customers by offering and then declining the payment. I have received cashback once from this company in the past. However, it has taken just over 5 months for them to decline payment for this booking (made in March 2019). Doesn't make me want to use the company again.
