Although Uniqlo doesn't always track for the stated cashback amount at first, this is easily corrected by submitting a cashback correction. Have used this retailer many times and always receive cashback.

First big company to not pay cashback - I've been using topcashback for years now and this is the first company who hasn't paid the promised cutback - they were offering 10% which was a reason for the purchase , however 6 months later they have finally come back with a rejected cashback for no reason. I have nothing against Uniqlo as a shop and the products , however find it tricky that a company of this size does false cashback offers, reading the comments seems like this is common . If you want their products , buy them , but don't expect the cb to track... all the best

While the transactions tracked quickly, payout is another matter. My November 2012 transaction just became payable, in October 2014!! Be prepared for a loooong wait.

Buy from this retailer if you like - just don't expect any cashback !!

As for other users - purchased September 2012, it is now June 2014 and the payment is showing as confirmed but not yet payable. Estimated payment date is 14 weeks away, which would mean it has taken a year to pay out (if this ever happens at all...).

TCB had a £5 discount advertised for Uniqlo, expiring 31st January, so still valid, but I had trouble applying it to the order. I emailed customer service and they refuse to add it. Funny, the day they replied, the discount disappeared from TCB website. (And same discount still showing on other websites.)
I will not be shopping with them again - what awful customer service :(
