I would suggest do not buy any item from this merchant online as after 7 months still have not recieved the cashback. Nudge few times and was told the cashback was rejected. Not happy with the experience at all.

online experience was fine, ordered christmas presents and they were received promptly and exactly expected however 6 months later we are still waiting for payment. not the best topcashback experience.

Transactions in October and November tracked very quickly. However waited over 6 months for cashback which just become payable.

Tracked immediately in Nov 2010 - it's now end of March 2011 and still not paid, so cashback experience is quite disappointing!
The clothes are nice and good value for money, considering the quality - and they ship fast, so I'll use them again - not that often though, as they do not offer free returns (in my view this is a must when buying clothes on-line).
