viking sent me a £10 off next purchase voucher, which the website accepted but my bank statement showed it had not been deducted so I rang Viking. They were very appologetic and put it right straight away. Thats what I call good service.

Racked up over £50 in cashback and first lot should have been payable last month but nothing. TCB explanation to my query was oh wait a while as the merchant didnt submit their cashback last month!
I will use another supplier if it doesn't get sorted out as not as cheap without cashback
