Second attempt to clarify content of product bundle was met with silence. The Cashback link takes to you business Viking Direct. If you select the "Personal" site it clears your shopping basket and some of the prices get substantially higher - maybe because they now include VAT.
One product was better priced so I attempted to order two of them. When I went to the checkout, was told they were unavailable.
Didn't bother ordering.

It's not so bad when you factor in Topcashback @8.08% on top.

I find Viking Direct very good on customer service. The goods arrive the next day and any problems are dealt with courteously and efficiently. Have used them for a few years now and will do in the future.

Still extra-ordinarilly quick here in London, even after Office Depot take-over.
The prices before cashback vary wildly. If you get the junk mail catalog, this often have paper as cheap as ASDA's best £2 offer (inc. 17% vat) and viking welcome rates advertised on google are low too. If you click around the web site you can pay about a third more so it's worth getting a magnifying glass and reading the tiny-print order codes on the offers. For example heavyweight but poor quality brown envelopes are one price in the special offer mail-out, a higher price in the main listings, and if you type "recycled" in your search envelopes are even more. I thought all brown paper was recycled but hey.
The few times I've ring, Viking have been very helpful; I try to avoid it to help them keep prices down.
