Beware - my cashback from a VM "Full House" did not and has still not tracked (for over £100)... TCB say it could take "several months" to "review" my claim. Don't make my mistake and base a purchase you can't afford on a cashback offer. I'm not sure I'll ever understand why this process is not straightforward - or how these firm can advertise offers without any certainty whatsoever that they will be honoured. Pointless.

When i entered my postcode i got redirected to a new customer page. the offers on this page are not elligable for cashback and dispite trying to get back to my original order it wouldnt load the cash back offer i wanted. site tracked but didnt award any cash back. seems like a con. avoid if you have the same issue.

Declined cashback for no reason. Took almost 3 weeks before they were able to send out my installation pack. Will be looking to cancel. Internet has been installed for less than 14 days so hopefully I can cancel. The cashback of £220 was the main decider for switching. Not cool

Really straight forward exercise, Ordered online middle of September and money ready to transfer to bank end of October. Took the VIP bundle at an already reduced rate of £90 per month but with the £250 cash back makes it £69 per month which makes it a decent deal. Without the cash back I wouldnt have ordered Virgin media services as it's way overpriced
