Despite buying the TCB, VM cashback is a scam and they do not honour it, it tracked.. met the elegibility back in June 2017 when ordered.. still awaiting payment.. can't wait to cancel my contract after 12 months.

Terrible merchant. Only after multiple complaints to customer service I finally received my payout and that was after 17 weeks (not the 9 weeks they estimate). Would not recommend.
