Everything tracked quickly and Virgin were great for getting set up. My £130 cashback is still not payable and I can see that TCB are no longer offering cashback from Virgin Media. I am now concerned about whether I will be getting my cashback at all?!

Contacted me promptly to arrange an installation date. Engineers were polite and efficient when they carried out the installation. No complaints with the service so far!

absolute shocker!!! tried to take up £150 cashback deal. Was tracked and confirmed, got an initial email then virgin 'lost' my order and so had to do again - no longer valid for cashback! Very unhelpful customer service.

Very simple process and the offer of cash back. Still awaiting delivery of product but has been arranged and so far everything gone to plan. Very smooth transactions.

Cashback tracked within 24 hrs but for £130 not £150, however this appears to be under review by TCP and hopefully will be corrected within a few hours. Hope the installation etc goes as smoothly.

One of my friend has recommeded this website to order Virgin Cable Sales bundle i.e. £150 cashback offer.
I have registered with this site got welcome email but now when I am pressing 'Continue to Merchant', it leads me to the normal website of Virgin Media where I can't see anything except normal offers!
Please tell me what to do now?

They may be offering amazing deals but their service is absolutely appalling!
Having gone for a package of Broadband/TV/phone line/HD receiver/Netbook - basically the whole lot, I started getting emails saying you need to pay for delivery, you need to pay for the HD box etc etc. Its not possible to pay online either at the time of requesting the service or afterwards and it took me 3 DAYS to get through! Of course my whole order was delayed because of this and set up was put back by a week, they dont recognise some of the reference numbers they provide when you cxall them, and there are different reference numbers for everything, even though it was one order! Then its an 0845 chargable number, and then they told me "we dont have you down as ordering a Netbook (laptop)", and "I cant find you on the system. I managed to get them to give me the HD box for free though (normally £49).
Virgin mobile took my £5 delivery on the phone and then promptly deleted me from the system so they had no record of me having ordered a Nokia 5800 or of any contract! After several calls and a big argument with them and an hour on the phone I finally had to pay for the phone upfront which would then be refunded on my next bill, but I did get 3 months free line rental out of them and free delivery.

Thought everything had worked fine - screen displayed pending message for £60 'from' Virgin Media - but have since returned and now I see the date for cashback has disappeared completely. What's happened here?

Thanks to Top CashBack I am now back on-line with my new internet provider, Virgin Media.
The experience was totally painless, and all the virgin media staff involved have been most patient and helpfull.
All this and a bonus casback to come soon.
