One of my friend has recommeded this website to order Virgin Cable Sales bundle i.e. £150 cashback offer.
I have registered with this site got welcome email but now when I am pressing 'Continue to Merchant', it leads me to the normal website of Virgin Media where I can't see anything except normal offers!
Please tell me what to do now?

They may be offering amazing deals but their service is absolutely appalling!
Having gone for a package of Broadband/TV/phone line/HD receiver/Netbook - basically the whole lot, I started getting emails saying you need to pay for delivery, you need to pay for the HD box etc etc. Its not possible to pay online either at the time of requesting the service or afterwards and it took me 3 DAYS to get through! Of course my whole order was delayed because of this and set up was put back by a week, they dont recognise some of the reference numbers they provide when you cxall them, and there are different reference numbers for everything, even though it was one order! Then its an 0845 chargable number, and then they told me "we dont have you down as ordering a Netbook (laptop)", and "I cant find you on the system. I managed to get them to give me the HD box for free though (normally £49).
Virgin mobile took my £5 delivery on the phone and then promptly deleted me from the system so they had no record of me having ordered a Nokia 5800 or of any contract! After several calls and a big argument with them and an hour on the phone I finally had to pay for the phone upfront which would then be refunded on my next bill, but I did get 3 months free line rental out of them and free delivery.

Thought everything had worked fine - screen displayed pending message for £60 'from' Virgin Media - but have since returned and now I see the date for cashback has disappeared completely. What's happened here?

Thanks to Top CashBack I am now back on-line with my new internet provider, Virgin Media.
The experience was totally painless, and all the virgin media staff involved have been most patient and helpfull.
All this and a bonus casback to come soon.

I used to have Virgin Mobile and never had a problem til they were merged with NTL and the whole company rebranded as Virgin Media now its got so bad I've cancelled the mobile and looking for a new phone and broadband supplier

NOW I LOVE THE VIRGIN BRAND I HAVE THE LOT. THEN I MADE THE MISTAKE OF GETTING A MOBILE FROM THEM.... ABSOLUTE KNIGHTMARE EVERYTHING THAT COULD GO WRONG DID, AND IT SEEMED LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICES JUST TURNED INTO IDIOTS! COULDNT AND STILL HAVENT SORTED OUT PROBLEMS WONT LET ME OUT OF CONTRACT EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER SET IT UP PROPERLY IN THE FIRST PALCE!! COULD NEVER GET ONLINE, AND TO WAIT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ANSWER A CALL THE QUE MINIMUM OF A 20 MIN WAIT !!!! AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO THE VIRGIN BRAND NEEDS SOME SERIOUS SORTING OUT. I WOULD NEVER GET ANOTHER PHONE CONTRACT WITH THEM AND HAVE SHOWN MY FRIENDS THAT WERE THINKING ABOUT IT, ALL THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME WITH THEM. AVOID LIKE A AN STD!!

Took out Virgin services in February, cashback was tracked very quickly and just as quickly was cancelled by Virgin. Raised a query with TopCashBack but as of yet, still to hear anything.
Can't fault the Virgin services but don't buy just for the cashback.
