I used to have Virgin Mobile and never had a problem til they were merged with NTL and the whole company rebranded as Virgin Media now its got so bad I've cancelled the mobile and looking for a new phone and broadband supplier

NOW I LOVE THE VIRGIN BRAND I HAVE THE LOT. THEN I MADE THE MISTAKE OF GETTING A MOBILE FROM THEM.... ABSOLUTE KNIGHTMARE EVERYTHING THAT COULD GO WRONG DID, AND IT SEEMED LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICES JUST TURNED INTO IDIOTS! COULDNT AND STILL HAVENT SORTED OUT PROBLEMS WONT LET ME OUT OF CONTRACT EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER SET IT UP PROPERLY IN THE FIRST PALCE!! COULD NEVER GET ONLINE, AND TO WAIT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ANSWER A CALL THE QUE MINIMUM OF A 20 MIN WAIT !!!! AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO THE VIRGIN BRAND NEEDS SOME SERIOUS SORTING OUT. I WOULD NEVER GET ANOTHER PHONE CONTRACT WITH THEM AND HAVE SHOWN MY FRIENDS THAT WERE THINKING ABOUT IT, ALL THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME WITH THEM. AVOID LIKE A AN STD!!

Took out Virgin services in February, cashback was tracked very quickly and just as quickly was cancelled by Virgin. Raised a query with TopCashBack but as of yet, still to hear anything. Can't fault the Virgin services but don't buy just for the cashback.

I have signed up to virgin media to get £130 cashback yesterday, and it is tracking already at £130. Only today the cashback deal has gone up to £150 (bloody typical timing). Does anyone know if the tracked amount will go up to £150, or would I have to cancel and sign up again? Or maybe I would then be a new customer and loose everything :0/

+ Good broadband connectivity and speed Like the integrated iplayer and catch-up TV on the regular tv box - EPG a bit clunky and less intuitive that Sky Real pain getting phone working - customer service not great If you want Sky Sports/Movies isn't cheap either
