	Very fast tracking. However be aware that when you're choosing you're "bundles" the price goes up when it's placed in your basket and you go to purchase it. At first it was £46 per month for my bundle then it went up to £52.50????? But you get £65 for you're trouble!!

	tried to order online, went through all the steps, filled out all the forms, received a "thank you for order" email. 7 days later I call to confirmed install date - and Virgin tell me no order has been processed and I'd have to do it again. Not only does this mean I have to wait another week for installation, but they tried to tell me the price I was quoted for online is wrong and I have to pay an extra £8 per month!!! Rubbish.

	I found VM to be very efficient, the installation of cable tv and broadband was carried very quickly from the order date and their engineers were very helpful and totally professional. Topcashback payment was made just over a month later. Highly recommended.
