Steer clear, Virgin Media have cocked up my order 3 times, don't call you back when they say they will, send you confirmation of your order then cancel it without telling you. Customer service was rude, patronising me and pretty much calling me a liar. Horrible company. Went to Sky instead, spoke to their customer services in Scotland, someone named Clare and she was brilliant and went out of her way to help. Plus got £120 cashback to boot!

Got good deal on phone, broadband and TV but cashback was refused for no reason. Have queried this but no progress so far - no point in using this site if you want the cashback.

Moving home so asked for this to be connected to my new home on 26/04/2009 after we get the keys for the property. Virgin decided to cut off the existing occupants as a result! they weren't best please. Cashback tracked quickly though.

if your address isnt listed they will try to make you call an 0845 number so you cant claim cashback and then ignore you for months as you try to simply get your address listed so you can apply online and get cashback (plus any online bonuses they offer) then once you finally cheat to apply online with a different address and specify your actual address, they will have 20 street team people phone you in an effort for them to get thier commission and screw up completely, what an utter kerfuffle and a big mess for something that should have been really easy.
