	Not Impressed Bought an annual insurance policy back in April 2023. Despite several nudges I still haven’t received the £50 cashback due. Will not purchase again when it comes up for renewal. Can’t comment on travel insurance claims as I have not needed to make one.

	Difficult to claim Easy to book with virgin through topcashback but I needed to make a claim and I'm just passed around different companies, virgin are only the brooker, I should have paid a bit extra for a reputable insurance company.

	Payment declined I got a travel insurance from Virgin, hoping that the cashback offer will be honoured. It was declined, and a complain to topcashback was ignored and not investigated.

	Policy is now 6 months old, no sign of any cashback! Struggling to get Virgin to pay out the cashback due from an annual travel insurance policy. Purchased this 6 months ago, still no sign of cashback.

	VirginMoney Very pleased with the product and within a short period of time after the start of the policies, the cash back was paid, as promised, unlike other merchants. Would deal with them again.

	No sign of any cash back as yet Still waiting for cash back on an annual policy that I bought on 2 Jan. Topcashback have raised a claim with Virgin but they haven't responded 4 months later.

	11 months and still no cashback Purchased an annual policy. It's been 11 months and still no cashback. I had opened the case for the missing cashback and Virgin still is ignoring it.

	Error on payment screen with never ending spinner (allowed me to enter Amex card when they don't take it). any subsequent attempt at quoting would get stuck on the same payment screen.

	Avoid at all costs. I had to cancel my holiday because of the first covid lockdown. The holiday was booked before anyone was even aware of Covid. My family who used different insurance providers were refunded within a month. It has been 7 months and there is still no progress. They just send a standard email every 40 days to say how it is being processed - with nothing actually happening. And yet they managed to find the time to process my renewal. It is criminal in my opinion that they are able to take money for a service they are clearly not providing.

	Hmmmm! Did the quote via virgin and got one figure for the premium. Went through topcashback and the premium was higher for the same quote with same medical declarations. Might be a fraction cheaper with the cashback if it tracks but not much!

	Abysmal - sat on the cashback for six months, then declined it, then took another six months to offer 1/3 of what should have been paid. TopCashback have been helpful in trying to chase it, but I won't be getting insurance through Virgin again!
