My last purchase from this retailer resulted in a non-tracked cashback, and I had to submit a query to topcashback. It took a while, but I finally got the correct amount tracked and payable straight away - thanks for topcashback for sorting this out.

Tracked successfully then declined later by the merchant.
Goods arrived late as they were also "out of stock".
Extremely disappointed. Would NOT recommend.

Goods quickly received and well packaged.
UNFORTUNATELY...ordered 29/06/12 and still failed to track the cashback so the hassle of a manual tcb claim has had to be raised for the £9.98 (10.1%).

Ordered from get Lenses 4 days ago because of the
price and discount offered but no sign of the lenses.
I logged onto their site and my account shows my order as
AWAITING STOCK! - no mention of this when i went through the order process. They have also deducted the order amount
from my credit card and no CASHBACK has been credited to my
TCB account. I will give them a couple of days and then try
to cancel my order ( thank goodness I used a credit card for the purchase)

Although the product and ordering experience have both been very good, the cashback has been appalling. I have purchased twice from them and on both occasions they have failed to track or honour the cashback.

I've used this Get Lenses twice and both times I've had to submit a manual claim for the cashback after it tracked correctly at first but then later turned to £0 despite a genuine and correct claim.
The first time they did pay up eventually. I assumed this was just bad luck and submitted another order recently which has also just turned to £0 so I'm going to submit another manual claim. If they pay up it will be worth it but you have to be tenacious and be willing to put in a claim.

Did save money on the lens compared to the high street and some cashback, but dont buy if you are factoring in the new customer bonus.Cashback tracked very quickly but only as a discount no £10 for a new customer and my order was £30

Well it said £10 for a new member if the order was over £20 and I signed up, bought there and then and got £1.37!!!!!!!! Not happy with this link. I could then have got it cheaper in the High Street :(((((
