	Although it tracked 6months down the line and still no payout. I had factored in the cashback as overall cost so unfortunately have lost out in real terms. On the positive I've had no issues with the broadband and happy with that. However due to this experience I doubt I'll use TCB for anything like this again. I hadn't read the reviews but it appears Vodafone and TCB are luring customers under false pretences especially as receipt of cashback is less likely in majority of claims.

	Awful experience. After 6 months I’m still waiting. Correctly followed the process and did not track. Now it seems Vodafone don’t want to help or progress my cash back claim. Appalling, they shouldn’t be allowed on TopCashback.

	tried so many times to purchase but kept stopping. I don't think they want to pay out the offer. Vodafone are no help either

	The sign up tracked within 5 mins on my account. Paid within 5 weeks and 1 day to be precise. Fantastic max fibre broadband, the cheapest on the market at the time of sign up. Had no issues as of yet with broadband connection. Thank you

	This website is absolutely appalling. The number of times I've tried to subscribe to broadband is out of this world. Anyone would think they don't want paying customers. Vodafone really is one of the worst websites I've come across - always errors! Couldn't tell you about cashback, because they won't let me buy anything

	Vodafone wouldn't pay the £80 despite me clicking through via link. Supplying the web order number made no difference. So, beware potential purchasers.

	Not tracked and ticket says "on ice" - wait for 90 days as it needs to be validated. Would have expected it to have at least tracked.

	Cashback was advertised at £80 but it tracked at £68, I wont get to find out why this is as after 10 days with speeds of little more than dial up at pick times I have cancelled within the cool off period.

	Ordered 3 months ago, cashback tracked lower than advertised. Still not payable and still not been uplifted despite it being advertised as 'faster paying'.

	Would absolutely avoid this company. They let me purchase their home broadband and then let me know on the activation day that it's not available in my area (and yes I was told many times prior that it was in my area) So this has left me with no broadband for two weeks.

	Its been 16 months and claim still not resolved. Seems I'm lucky. The offer was £75 but it tracked at £50 so at least I got something but not the correct amount! Avoid!

	I have had terrible service with Vodafone in the past. I just wanted to say thank you to all the reviewers here who have reminded me to stay away from this company. Seems like nothing has changed. Nearly fell for it.

	Cashback has been declined and on appeal they have responded with "order cancelled" despite providing them with the reference number in the appeal. Ironically I'm using the connection right now - the one that Vodafone are claiming doesn't exist so they can not pay out the cashback. My advice is to avoid Vodafone if you're signing up on the basis of cashback.

	slow payout after tracking low. broadband speed slow down after a month (when i can leave for free) been with vodafone for 8 months have had a problem with speed the whole time wish i never changed
