	Missing cashback ? I have a total of 13 purchases with Waitrose Groceries as recorded in my account but I do not understand why more than ten of the purchases were not paid with cashback as promised?

	Another Topcashback scam Cashback never tracks or pays out. They always make up some excuse like the classic 'the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchants site'. I know how to use topcashback and I know it was the last referral. Many companies including Waitrose should be removed from topcashback if they can't keep their end of the deal.

	Months long wait period My claims never track and I always have to chase, it usually takes around 6 months for them to process missing claims which is just a joke.

	Never pays out I have spent many hundreds of pounds at Waitrose via this site but never received the cashback as promised despite following the rules and making sure I don't change my order etc. Waste of time.

	takes so long to get cashback Waitrose takes such a long time to approve cashback, it's ridiculous. It's a perishable item, it's not like I'm going to return it after 30 days! They should have a shorter approval time window.

	Shameful Only received cashback through goodwill of Topcashback. Waitrose denied any knowledge of transaction even though: 1. The transaction registered on topcashback 2. Waitrose emailed me the order on day of delivery 3. They charged the amount to my credit card I think that at best this is deceptive

	Consistently moved away for existing Customers Waitrose offers on TopCashback for existing Customers have consistently reduced over the last year, such that the latest offers are for New Customers only. Obviously Customer loyalty is not rewarded by Waitrose these days!

	Never tracks, never pays Would give zero stars if I could. Transaction never tracks and then declined after months of waiting. Lost out on TopCashBack bonus payments twice as a result. Good luck if you use them.

	It's gone downhill I've used it for delivery orders and it used to track just fine. The latest orders have been declined by Waitrose for no reason. I wonder if this is a cost cutting measure by them? In any case, very disappointing that there's no recourse on them doing this.

	Sporadic Tracks oddly because it seems to sometime track the first time you checkout an order, but then if you make changes it doesn’t seem to catch up. Not reliable anyway.

	Very disappointing and a waste of time. Very disappointing and a waste of time. Took over five months to arrive at their decision to decline two transactions for online delivery. Gobsmacked that Waitrose's reason for declining both claims is 'Transaction cannot be traced'! I have both order numbers and receipts for the transactions and I know that I placed the orders via Topcashback. To say that they cannot trace the transactions suggests that either I didn't make them and am fraudulently trying to claim cashback or that I didn't use Topcashback - neither of which are true. My claims are for online delivery orders - they have order numbers, dates and times - and I find it hard to believe that they cannot trace this? I thought companies used Topcashback to encourage custom and build loyalty. Evidently not!

	Fabulous perk My favourite regular supermarket - the cashback covers my delivery charge plus a bit extra and no issues claiming. Highly recommended

	Always tracks wrong when you do click and collect It states that you will earn £3.40 from C&C and then 85p for delivery. Twice now it has tracked at delivery when I had C&C. Such a waste of time
