Really disappointed and I don't recommend this offer.
I placed a £50 order on 7th November 2012 & my Waitrose delivery arrived promptly. But my cashback failed to track, so I duly lodged a Missing CashBack Claim on 14th December 2012. 3 1/2 months later, at 2nd April 2013, I'm still waiting for my £10 cashback and no response from Waitrose whatsoever.
What a waste of time.

I used this for the first time last year when Waitrose were offering a great cashback deal. I have been chasing the cashback ever since. I have provided all the relevant information and have had no response at all. Extremely poor and I would expect more from a John Lewis company.

My transaction didn't track so I had to file a claim, but I'm happy to say that it didn't take long for it to be sorted and become payable so I'm happy.

Although I like Waitrose products, I am not impressed by their home delivery. First order. Several items listed as available and then not delivered, 3 for 2 offer not honoured - 2 items only delivered! Response from customer services extremely slow and also inadequate. Cashback still tracking at £0 a week after delivered. Very poor service in all. Not at all satisfied.

My new customer purchase initially tracked at zero £0.00 but then changed to the correct amount (after my delivery had been made) and quickly became payable after that.

Tracked but at zero and now lodge a claim. Very annoying and hope it is sorted quickly. However online shop via Waitrose is very good and easy. Great to have free delivery and great products.

Failed to track so be prepared to file a manual claim. Mine was paid not too long after I lodged one. Great retailer, worth trying at least once especially with free delivery on all orders.
