I did a first online shop with aitrose in the middle of January,it is not nearly the end of May and my cashback has not even reached confirmed. Really thought i would have been paid it by now :-(

the goods and services received from waitrose were great. The cashback is not great - tracked as a new customer (which I was) but has not progressed at all in the last 3 months. TCB have told me to wait longer, despite people who purchased months after me being paid.

A small cashback was previously supposed to be available to existing customers. It tracked at £0.00 and was never changed. I was about to chase the issue up, only to find the existing customer offer had been withdrawn altogether. Very unhappy. My experience with Waitrose outside of the cashback issue have usually been very positive.

Initially tracked at £0.00 and raised a manual claim a few days later. A month later had a Topcashback message to say Waitrose had declined it for some unexplained reason. It was my first shop with waitrose , I only went via my Topcashback account and I did not use any discount codes therefore they had no valid reason to decline my cashback. The order itself came within my requested time slot although all the other supermarkets offer 1 hour delivery slots not 2 hour slots. I have had two further deliveries from Waitrose and the second one had three substitutions and the third one a totally unacceptable EIGHT! - the expiry dates were also very tight and I rang them to complain. Some money was refunded but took a week to appear on my credit card account. After having my cashback declined I won't be shopping with Waitrose again. Other supermarkets have equal quality food with decent useby dates , hourly slots and cheaper prices.

I spent nearly £150 on my first order, which tracked OK but they wouldn't pay me my £10 cashback and, even more irking, they gave no reason for refusal. Also, two items missing from delivery, so not at all happy with Waitrose and I'll not be using them again. Very poor!

Very disappointed that my first order clicked through as instructed, but never tracked, after raising a ticket they have come back and refused to pay - saying I didnt clicked through. I make a point everytime I shop I always click through before i make purchase. I even clear cache and history and cookies now as TCB had said that it is possibly my fault! Not happy will not be buying from Waitrose .com again!!!

As a first-time online purchaser I was pleased to see ~£6 tracking at zero initially... 3 months later after raising a claim & nudges, it was declined. Ever since I have been bounced between TCB & Waitrose claiming the other has the claim information & tis their duty to tell me. Poor service - wont return - feel mislead. If so many of us have had this experience why are TCB still promoting this "deal?"

Have been paid cashback for a few orders. 2 were declined so I put in claim only to be told they do not pay cashback to existing customers which is not true as they had already paid me for orders placed before and after the ones they declined ! Shame a company like Waitrose / John Lewis do not honour this cashback.

The first time I used this site the cashback did not track and was eventually declined. The next time the cashback generated was half what it originally stated, and took twicw as long to pay. Not a fan of John Lewis!

Didn't track so I have raised a manual claim. The grocery service was very good, having taken the trial switching from Ocado, who we have been happy with in the past. IMO an equal quality service.

Awful! Cashback has tracked at £0.00 when it should have been £10.00 for a new customer order. I received so many substitutions I will have to go out shopping for the products I didn't get. Definitely wont be using Waitrose again, will go back to Ocado and Tesco.

Great products, dodgy delivery service, lousy cashback. Ignore the "Existing Customers" cashback - they don't pay it. Delivery slots are not realistic - can be 20 minutes EARLY, two hours LATE. About two-thirds of deliveries arrive in promised time slot. Substitutions in order can be ridiculous, won't deliver if there's snow on the ground. Looks like great service, but customer needs to be tolerant of certain quirks that happen all too often and aren't addressed by company when issues raised.

Beware! Registered with Waitrose as a new customer and placed my order but my cashback tracked at 0.00. I tried to file a missing cashback claim only to discover the merchant doesn't accept them! Very poor, from a shop I really liked.

I think this is quite misleading with the "get cashback" button and the text indicating that cashback will provided if an order is made via the cashback site. It seems that the cashback is only available to new customers and not current customers. Most other companies that I shop from on this site are very good at making clear what the offer is and how cashback can be earned but not Waitrose. I think topcashback should control this to make sure that customers are not mislead.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS CON! I ordered £50 worth of Waitrose goods on 7th Nov 2012 (meeting all the terms and expecting £10 cashback). Nothing tracked, so I created a missing cashback claim on 19th Dec 2012, then I was kept waiting for 6 months, while I submitted 'nudges' and being told that TCB was 'waiting for merchant's response. Finally in disgust I emailed Waitrose direct on 14th June 2013. The response on 17th June 2013 from Iain Ellmes, at Waitrose Customer Sales and Support, was another fob-off, referring me back to TCB. The very same day (!) TCB posted a message stating that although my transaction was genuine Waitrose had rejected my claim; no reasons given and no chance to appeal. I am just a layman, but this would appear to be fraud!

Spent £60 last November, everything seemed fine, tracked ok but now went to zero!!! For some reason Waitrose declined to pay. Over 100 days old so cannot make a claim GGRRRRR!!!!

Tracked initially at 0.00, a little worried, but soon it is payable in about 3 weeks, great speed both from this retailer and TCB, cashback plus voucher discount, excellent, would definitely use the retailer again!
