if auto logged out as not finished shop in a cetain time then you might have to re start. Eventaually got my cashback but this is the only reason I can think of as to why it didn't track correctly. Purchase was proved and got it in the end but just make sure you don't time yourself out before paying for the basket.

First order with them. Tracked and payable after ~3 weeks. Maybe using TCB for a second order (to use a voucher code, but without cashback) helped.

Updated 29/11/14 - cashback now showing as confirmed with expected to be payable in 10 wks cashback did not track so raised it as a claim and am still chasing for it since beginning of october which does not seem to be moving along at the moment. If this does go through will update the review accordingly as well, but currently disappointed at very slow progress on this and was not expecting that to happen as overall experience in store with waitrose has always been great.

Choose waitrose over supermarkets because of their '£5 for first time customer' offer - didn't track, raised customer care complaint and merchant declined. No valid reason and it was £150+ order.
