I bought a large shop almost £100 worth of goods to get £10.50 cash back. It is now several months and I still haven't received my cash back despite several support tickets being put in.. I would not trust this merchant again and I see they are advertising the same offer again. Don't expect to get your promised money. I feel Ive been had. R Clarke.

Rubbish, lure you in with high cashback then certain discounts and offers on their website are removed to offset the money they have to repay in said cashback. Then cashback doesn't track at the correct amount resulting in having to chase up the claim.

Dissapointing that WAITROSE don't pay out to existing customers. WAITROSE need to know it would encourage me shopping with them if they gave Cash Back!

First cashback offer related to a meal deal which I duly bought but as waitrose had to make some substitutions to the order I did not rceive the cash back. Have lodged a claim but months ago and despite nudges have heard nothing. Just placed an order as an existing customer for over £10 cashback but rceived the lower amount for a new customer. Another claim. Not happy

Waitress deliver great quality food and go the extra mile with customer service and satisfaction. Shopping and receiving cashbook couldn'the be easier.would definitely recommend!

If I could mark lower than a 1 star I would. Declined as I didn't go straight from tcb! What a load of Rubbish, went straight from tcb. Would have thought better of Waitrose. Very disappointing ??
