Cash back payout from Warner Hotels is VERY poor, I have had to submit a claim for cash back EVERY time as it will not track. I have had no problem with other retailers.

Have now booked Warner Leisure Hotels through TopCashBack on 5 occasions and it's a really easy process and the cashback has come through promptly. Same process as if you were booking straight with Warners - no hassle, just straightforward satisfaction.
