I have for the second time booked a Warner's break through TCB and have again, had to report no tracking of my booking. On the previous occasion and after a long wait, I was told I would not be receiving any cash back because the retailer had declined. I am getting the feeling that this is going to happen again on my recent booking and although TCB are very helpful in following up my claim with Warner's, I do not think the retailer is honouring their commitment to the cash back. I would therefore warn everyone to be aware of this situation.

Hi, Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give you feedback on this merchant, Warner Leisure Hotels. I am relatively new to Top Cashback, but it would appear to me that this merchant takes a long time to pay-up!! I have used Comet before and they were brilliant. This is the worst merchant I have delt with on TopCashback.I waited over a year on two transactions.It was only when I contacted the Company direct that they setted with TopCashback and then me .Will never use them again.

went to warners Last winter, no cashback. Had to log a complaint, eventually Feb 10 the cashback appeared in my account, end of April to become payable. Would not recommend.

Submitted claim in September 09. Not even a response from warner despite numerous nudges by Top Cashback. I wouldn't rely on the cashback as part of the price if I were you.

Booked for party of 8-cashback on deposit did not track but paid after claim. Claim put in for cashback on balance payment-still waiting after 3 months and numerous nudges. BE WARNED!
