I ordered book 17th December, as website stated it would be sent on 18th in time for Christmas. I have still not received book - even emailed Waterstones and they have not even bothered replying. Awful buying experience.

Was disappointed that the Waterstones website did not inform me that one of the items was out of stock and dispatch would be delayed until after Christmas (it has still not arrived on 1.2.10). I could have purchased the item for £2-£3 less from Amazon but chose not to as Amazon site did at least inform me that delivery would be delayed. I'm afraid I will probably use Amazon in future.

I checked this book out at our local store, who stated that the book was in the warehouse!, so I ordered online via TCB. To my surprise I received an email saying they do not stock the item in their warehouse and will inform me once it arrives. Why take someones money for something that you do not stock. I will be canvcelling and going to WH Smiths which actually sells the book for £7.99 and not the £10.99 as Waterstones do(found this out today).

goods arrived very quick, cashback tracked very quick, BUT BE WARNED!!! you will NOT receive 8% as stated, this merchant looks like it is paying cashback excluding vat, not nice especially as not mentioned... shame they cant be upfront
