Cashback tracked very quickly.
Has taken a little longer than expected for item to be dispatched but not much - the website said it was in stock and usually disptached in 24hrs but in actual fact wasn't dispatched until 4 days after order and will take another 5 days to arrive.

Quick with cashback. Second order processed quickly but first order never arrived and was therefore cancelled (by me). It is a pity that it was not made clear that the books were not in stock when the order was placed.

cashback very quick to track. waterstones kept me up to date with my order and delivered it within 24hours of dispatching it despite only selecting the free delivery option (3-5 days). All in all a much better experience than my last time of trying to use them.

Good cashback. Takes a short while to track transactions. Save money by getting your order delivered to your nearest store and make sure to use the loyalty card as well.
