Very good website and easy to find the book you're looking for. I used a gift card to make my purchase and this should be used when you visit the check out. I also earned points on Waters Stones card as well as cash back for .60p. Service is also good as I have got e-mail confirming item has been dispatched.

I had to do manual claims for nearly all of my transactions with Waterstones. Also, very annoying is that when they don't track you can't claim if the cashback is meant to be less than £1
