I won't be ordering anything from Waterstones again. I ordered a book for a Christmas present in the first week of December and got confirmation that it had been sent the next day. 2 weeks later it still hadn't turned up but I was told I had to wait 14 working days before another would be sent. Whenever I rang about it, the sent date kept changing so it was never 14 working days late. At the end of December I got an email saying the book was still out of stock so it had never actually been sent in the first place. It finally turned up mid January after I'd had to go and buy another one for the present anyway!!

Each time I have had to submit missing cashback claims. Problem is that if the cashback is less than £1 then you can't claim it so I also have had transactions which don't appear at all in my account. So don't rely on this to work every time.
