Have made loads of orders through Waterstones and they always track and pay out quickly. The site's quite good but the advance search needs a bit more attention as you can't specify the publisher. Despatching is typically slow even 'when in stock'.

The site said the book I wanted was available only to tell me after ordering that 'the publishers have said it's out of stock'. I've cancelled the order. Rather poor really.
