Awful quality and service. The blind failed after 2 years and the company refuses to replace it. The blind keeps peeling away from the plastic fitting and doesn't remain in place longer than a week. The company thinks this is acceptable due to wear and tear (it's been in situ 2 years and opened twice a day). If you want a blind that lasts longer than 2 years, avoid.

Rubbish. ALWAYS have to submit a claim as it never tracks - I have given up to be honest as it just isn't worth the effort.

Complete liars who have said that my order was cancelled so that they got out of paying cashback.
I have all 7 sets of blinds fitted that they sent me, but they won't pay out.
Please do not use as you will not get your cashback.

Web-blinds initially declined payment for no apparent reason but after making a claim to topcashback the payment was restored without a quibble. As I stated earlier the product is good quality for the price and delivery is reliable, arriving on the date and time stated.

Would highly recommend this merchant. Samples sent out next day and then when we had decided and placed our order they were delivered well packaged and delivered quickly. They were also very speedy in paying out the cashback. Will be using them again. Thanks.

Firstly, I was very happy with the blinds I bought from Web Blinds, and their service was good also.
However, I can't recommend them for cashback. My cashback did not track, even though my visit was recorded. I put in a claim via TCB, and provided all the necessary details, but after waiting for a couple of months, it was declined by Web Blinds. I only visited WB via TCB - I don't use any other cashback sites, nor did I click on affiliate links from any other site, so I'm not sure why Web Blinds felt that my purchase didn't qualify. It's a shame, as I spent quite a lot, so it was a decent cashback amount - maybe that's why they didn't want to pay it : ) - but that's how it goes sometimes.
