Declined my cashback after it was confirmed, TCB as usual siding with retailer.

Could give less than a star!
cashback not tracked had to open a case , it took very long and they eventually declined my cashback, was supposed to receive 30£ as mentioned on the website min transfer of 200£ to get 30£ as a first time customer. Never transferring money through WU again!!!

Made a transaction last November. Expected £12 in cashback but only got £1. TopCashback say they are looking into but I’m still waiting for a proper response. The feeling is similar to being robbed.
