W H Smith's online store is easy to navigate and place an order and has a good choice. The order can be delivered to home or a local store which suits me and is efficient. The only thing that is frustrating is that you expect the online prices to be comparable to in store but they differ, often being more expensive. Also the Privilege vouchers can only be used in store, rather than online too which would be helpful. Order tracked to facilitate and record cash back.
