Found WH Smith ordering is not very good when compared to Amazon. Ordered item but then told at the end the transaction did not work so ordered from Amazon. Ended up with the book from WH Smith even though I had no confirmation of order. Also failed to track and as cashback is only 90p no chance of getting it. My advice is avoid and stay with Amazon!

No confirmation email to say I've ordered, only logging into their site did i get confirmation. No tracking after two weeks. Can't submit claim as under one pound. Disappointing. However saved money by ordering online as discounted price.

The tracking was good, but when they said the CD I had ordered was in stock, it took quite a while before I received it. But they did keep on emailing me to keep me uodated and they were the only site that were able to supply the CD...so I'm pleased that I have got it now.

(I was concerned that after they took the order they informed me that the goods were not in stock but I just received an email to inform me that I can collect the item from the store next week. I am very pleased, as other stores have done this with orders, only to notify several weeks later that they cannot deliver.)

Have had one experience non payment - showed up throughout the process but changed to zero when payable. Have launched an enquiry, but still no news! Have had another smaller order, but this is still to become payable!!
