I made the order and received a confirmation email.
I was very annoyed to receive another email half an hour later informing me that they didn't have the item in stock but they would make every effort to deliver.
OK, they haven't taken payment but I have no idea if or when the goods will arrive.

I found ordering from WHSmith to be very easy, the price of item I wanted was the cheapest I could find anywhere and the fact I could pick up from a local store saved me the postage costs which was also a bonus.
The cashback was processed very quickly.
