Don't go there!!! Unless you want to wait at least three weeks for your delivery! I ordered something which was "IN STOCK" and it has been sitting in "in despatch process" for god knows how long! I am so sick that I didn't order from Play.com instead! WHSmith are rubbish - don't use them (and they're not the cheapest)!!!

Has always tracked and I find their delivery quite amazing. Order in the afternoon and delivered for free the next day! I can only imagine I live near their warehouse or something as it always gets delivered the next day and this is my 4th order
