I made a purchase nearly 12 months ago and the payment is still pending. Topcashback are chasing payment for me but I don't expect to receive anything after this length of time. Will not be using WH Smith again.

Had some previous claims accepted, but this time I had to claim and then took 9 months to tell me 'terms and conditions not met' - even though I kow they were. Disappointed with WHSmith this time and will be looking at other shops first in future.books
