Topcashback did they're best to chase the missing cashback when the cashback didn't track; however it was declined by WHSmith. I don't understand why this occured, I followed the same proceedure as I did with other companies which tracked. It looks like others have had the same experience with them too. Maybe WHSmith have some issue with their system?

I have had 2 transactions declined due to "the network has not identified TopCashback as the last referred to market site", which cannot be the case. I went to their site directly from TopCashback as I do for all other transactions (which do pay cash back) . This seems to be an easy excuse not to pay cash back and I would have expected better from a High Street name. Would not recommend.

The only reason I chose WHsmith was to get the cashabck, but its been declined by WHSmith saying they cannot trace the transaction. There are other suppliers that will give you different Incentives when you subscribe, plus there was an error and my contact details got sent out to other customers. i will not be using them again
