refused to pay out on cutback claim and gave some poor excuse as not being the last referral before purchase of £42 worth of goods. Will Never use WHSmith again on TCB. I have so far had over £700 back from TCB so know how to use the system.

Tracked fine but 5 months later still waiting for it to be confirmed? Said pays in 7 weeks but not on this occasion. Pretty useless Wh smiths. And would shop elsewhere next time

Purchased present anticipating some nice Cashback in November, received item but still waiting for Cashback. "Fast Payment" retailer, not so sure this is an accurate reflection of WHSmith.

I made 2 purchases aweek apart back in early January, both went to pending next day. I dont know why I've had to wait 81/2 months for cashback to become payable, as this has never happened before.Better late than never I suppose.

order cashback was notified very quickly but am still awaiting confirmation of order and cashback 7 weeks on. It's a very small amount and this reflects the %rate offered on ereaders offered by WH Smith.

DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT. THEY TRACKED MY CASHBACK CORRECTLY AND THEN REVERTED TO ZERO WHEN PAYABLE. THEY CLAIMED THE ORDER HAD BEEN RETURNED - TOTAL LIE!!

cashback tracked quickly but too soon to comment on how long before it becomes payable.However after receiving an e-mail informing me the items were ready for collection, the store had not received them, so a wasted journey.would use again but would phone first to confirm.

W H Smith is one of the shops I use on a regular basis and it is nice to know that I can earn cashback with my purchases my only worry will be forgetting to go on line to make my purchases.

Cashback takes forever to become payable and did'nt track on one occasion, I did'nt bother putting in a claim because I got some great discounts on their art products. Like the store, cashback's too delayed.
