I asked for the goods to be delivered to my local store. I was told it would be within 3-5 days and I would receive a telephone call when they arrived. This didn't happen so eventually I rang them. They had them ready for collection. Not good enough WH Smith. Wish I had ordered from Amazon and had free delivery to my door!

Ordered a product for £6. Waited over 4weeks to be sent an email saying they had cancelled the order as their supplier did not have the product. Has since been advertised as in stock for £15. Won't be shopping there again

The first order I made was eventually cancelled as they could not get the book. Fair enough. My latest one was cancelled, refunded and re-ordered without informing me as apparently the book was damaged. The order needs to be cancelled again as the payment method can't be changed. Well, I am still waiting for it to be cancelled, so that I can re-order. However, will I??? I might pay more elsewhere, but at least I will have less problems.

Humm... Shame on WHSmith to use TCB to "oik em in" then not pay. Tracks fine but what use is that when they don't pay? imo they're damaging their reputation & would be better off not being on here. Anybody on here ever got paid by them??

Order received quickly but beware ... takes a long time to pay and if you order items of more than one type it doesn't track all of them or even the one that gives you the most cashback.

Ideal if you read a lot of books!!! Also cheaper on web than actual store. Orders always processed quickly as well. Recommended retailer!

Do not expect to receive cashback from WHSmith! I made a purchase on the 1st August 2010 and the purchase tracked OK, but the cashback is still not payable and it is now May 2011!

This retailer is really slow and I among a lot of others had to put a claim in. I then had to wait for 3 months before TCB could put a claim in to WHS and even then I had to kee waiting.
Bought and paid for goods in November 2010, claim eventually went in in Jan 2011, marked for payment 31/01/11 but still waiting for clearance and it is nearly April 2011 now 6 months!
