Received cashback very quickly on my most recent order. The books offer was a BOGOF and it was free delivery so even though I have had a previous problem with cashback from this merchant (still waiting for cashback from November) I was happy to use the site again.

Cashback seems to track quickly when an item is delivered to home, but doesn't seem to track at all when delivered to store. Cashback is also less VAT.

I was disappointed with this retailer. I ordered a book, and processed the order in the usual way. Two days later I got an email to say the item I had ordered was out of stock and would be sent as soon as it was available.
If there was no stock, I feel I should have been notified prior to going to through the check out. No availablity date given so I had to cancel this order as I needed the book for a chirstmas present.

My order of 8 items were delivered separately, with separate transactions from my bank account. I would have preferred one delivery when all the items were ready, and a single transaction from my bank account. For one single item I had 4 debits and 3 credits on my bank statement for the same item!
One item is out of stock and still hasn't been delivered. Why don't they say it's out of stock when you order it!

Have purchased a couple of times through WH Smith but wont be doing it again. Purchases have never tracked, they have this ridiculous, 3 month "on ice" policy on claims - even after that nothing happens. If you buy items from different categories, you cant put the claim through in one go - so have to ask TCB for extra "clicks"... Customer service and delivery is horrnedous, I opted for in store delivery, and they lost more than half my order. Central customer serivce doesnt bother replyiong to emails/phone calls.
