I am a seriously unhappy bunny. This company is big enough to do a lot better than this.
Purchase made in November. Tracked ok and went to confirmed, but has been stuck there ever since. Note on the file to say please allow longer, however in doing so I now realise that it has gone beyond the time I can submit a manual claim.
Grr.

Don't bother! I use TCB all the time, with no problems. Apart from WH Smith! I purchased in January, and this still hasn't even tracked despite them being chased. Don't think this will ever be paid if it won't even get tracked. Waste of time. Shop elsewhere!!!!!
