Excellent comunications about stock levels and delivery dates, out of stock items were delivered seperatley from other items as they came into stock but we were always emailed to say what was dispatched and when.

Took ages for item to be delivered, customer service was poor, then they changed cash-back to £0.00, finally got it sorted now (I hope), would not shop online with WHSmith again though!

This retailer delivered their goods within a week. Especially good as it was the Bank Holiday weekend! Only problem was an item missed from order. Have e-mailed them and awaiting reply
