Good products that are perhaps more keenly priced than their competitors. My cashback experience was tainted by my initial genuine purchase through TCB not being tracked, however, Customer Care came through for me in the end. Many thanks to TBC Customer Care for their help.

The most efficient cashback I have experienced since joining TCB! Initial tracking to 'ready to pay' in just a little time over 4 weeks! Combining this with quality goods (stock level checked and paid for online and collected from my nearest store in Perth, Scotland) where I received fine customer service and the end result is a 'happy, returning customer'. Other retailers should use Wickes as a model example on how to provide sheer customer delight - I only wish they had a store in Fife; the region I reside as this would certainly cut down on visits to their biggest competitor as I prefer the quality of Wickes own branded products. Thanks Wickes, other than the rather long journey to your store - you are doing everything perfect!

No cashback received. I lodged a claim and didn't get a response. It would be great if topcashback could intervene when the retailer offers cashback and does not pay up or respond to claims.

I have been trying to order on-line for 3 days with no luck. When I get to pay, Wickes website plays up and there is no way I can conclude the order. And because this happens after I have entered the card details, I have to waste even more time checking out things with my bank. I can order by phone but obviously no cashback, and it is quite a large order I am trying to place. I think they just don't want to give cashback, they are listed here to waste our time...

Firstly they messed up my order and failed to deliver when they should. Failed to call me back when promised, failed to issue my delivery charge refund until I chased them, and now to top it all off rejected my Cashback claim for some unknown reason. Overall. Poor experience

Having ordered goods via Wickes which were in stock and promised next day delivery I stayed at home between their stated delivery time 8am to 6pm. No goods were delivered, no explanation given and no notification received.I cancelled the order. This is downright poor service.
