I would not rely on cashback because I have had a couple go through without issue but then when I bought a fair amount, they bounced four cashbacks on orders on the trot without reason.

Used twice and still did not get cashback for either transaction. Two claims both shown then suddenly disappeared. Do NOT rely on cashback for this retailer. 2 yrs later claims closed. Like to know who the other channel who was credited.!!!

NOTE TO POTENTIAL PURCHASERS - TRY SORTING THESE COMMENTS BY DATE ORDER! TopCashBack seem to default to showing "Best ratings" first, if you sort by date order it becomes more apparent that THIS RETAILER DOES NOT PAY ANY OF THE OFFERED CASHBACK.

WARNING to anyone considering using Wickes, check the review history here and note the number of customers not getting cashback despite purchases initially tracking OK. My purchase tracked correctly then the payable amount went to zero. THIRTEEN MONTHS after submitting a claim Wickes have finally responded: "'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale" :/ Still, only cost me £4 in lost cashback, will cost Wickes a lot more in my lost future custom

The quality of goods received was excellent, however, the expected amount of around £35.00 cashback has not been received. A claim has been submitted but the retailer will not pay. This was a genuine transaction - extremely disappointed. Do not rely on cashback from this retailer when purchasing goods.

Ordered some solid wood floor with free next day delivery. It turned up 6 days later with no notifacation or apologies for the delay. The floor had 1 full length (usually warped) board per pack and the rest were mostly 40-60mm long, making it impossible to keep the required 30mm spacing between joins. Cashback tracked and paid ontime. Had 992 points on there points card which they have now closed and told me because I didn't have 1,000 I couldn't get a £10 voucher. Will be shoping at the two other major DIY stores from now on.

Bought a bathroom from Wickes online, paid and got delivery, customer service was great but cashback was not tracked. I raised a claim and Wickes rejected it, I re-raised the claim and Wickes again would not pay the cashback due. I was pleased with the service from Wickes but dont expect any cashback from them!!

We placed a big online order with Wickes and it got delivered fine. It did n't track and I lodged a claim but they declined it so very unimpressed. We will use b&q in future!

AVOID - cashback tracked and then rejected for no reason. Subsequent claim filed and has been sat at "Waiting for merchant" for last 6 months. Comments here suggest it's not uncommon from Wickes.
