Wasted a whole day waiting for a next day delivery item that arrived a day later. No delivery tracking available on the website didn't help either.

Suggest you use this retailer with caution. Despite a fully documented receipt and normal process, this originally tracked, went to zero, then totally disappeared. Top Cashback tried to resolve the claim but the merchant claimed payment had been already made to another channel. What tosh ,just a poor excuse for not honouring commitments. I WILL NOT USE WICKES again for any internet shopping, bring on B&Q, Screwfix etc.

tracked quickly, but went to £0.00 payable.......i used a discount code that was on the wickes website......seems unfair as there was no mention of the cashback beening declined on TCB if using voucher codes!

I wanted ceramic and marble tiles - I went to the shop to look at them but them ordered on line to take advantage of the cashback. I ordered more than I need because you can take them back for a refund.
Super service - ordered Tues and delivered next day for free! Couldn't be easier.
I am waiting for cashback to be paid.

A bit disappointed with this one as it tracked and went to £0.00 within a few days. Looking into it, this might have been the 15% off voucher.
Also be warned "big and bulky next day" does not actually mean that. I was phoned up the next day and asked "When would I like it delivered?", when I said "actually I was rather hoping it would be today" I was pointed out some small print in the contract terms after you buy.

Cashback tracked but reduced to £0.00 within a few days. I used a 15% code so maybe this is why but the code should work alongwith cashback according to the T&C's.

Cashback did not track correctly first time and had to be raised with Top Cashback, who got the money back fairly quickly. Also had problems with a separate order placed with Wickes where they didn't process a refund until prodded twice, so not that impressed with Wickes

Happy with quality of product and speed of delivery, however product was dispatched to billing address even though I had given a different delivery address, which was quite annoying as we were away and it would have been safer at the delivery address specified.
