I was due about £20 cashback from this reatailer and it went to declined straight away for no reason. Its been weeks now and still says declined, no feedback from the enquiry I submitted.
Very poor.

Failed to pay cashback even though I spent over £250 with them online. I wouldn't recommend Wickes, and I won't be shopping there again. If they join the scheme they should pay up!

Received half of cashback due - from topcashback not wickes themselves - a year and a half after purchasing from them!!! I would not buy from them again.

I have been conned! I spent over £200 with Wickes on interior doors and the cash 'appeared' quickly. However it was soon removed and showed as nil to be awarded. After Topcashback kindly investigated this for me, Wickes came out with a weak excuse for not paying out. I will think twice before falling for their false incentives again. Not a happy bunny :(
