	I spent a total of £733 with this merchant expecting 3% cashback and this came back at zero! So I have now had to log a missing cashback claim. Not impressed as I was expecting £18 cash back.

	Bought quite a lot of decking boards which arrived pretty quick. However, near enough all the boards were different sizes, which wouldn't have been too bad if the whole board was a different size. One end of the board was one measurement then the other end of the board was about 2-3mm out. This doesn't sound a lot but when you are trying to lay them & line them up it's impossible. Some of the boards had splits in & another good few of them were twisted. Cashback discount from Wickes is pretty poor too. Spent over £300 & got about £8 back.

	Paid what was due and not long to wait either. The only drawback was the cashback received is before VAT which obviously reduces the amount. Nevertheless still paid up on time. Keep up the good work TCB

	BAD: it's taking absolutely ages to recover the cashback. Perhaps try a different cashback provider!

	Wickes are fantastic - excellent delivery and service plus any queries are answered so quickly. Can't recommend them highly enough. Cashback too - excellent!

	Tracked quickly, just awaiting payment. The whole WICKES experience was a bit of a mess as I received phone calls telling me that the item was not in stock and I was receiving a refund - then an hour later they rang asking if I wanted the item as it would be 3 weeks wait. It arrived with 7 days....get your act together WICKES.
