Goods I ordered totalling £93 for collection at my local store arrived quickly, and I was more than happy with the quality and service. However, cashback did not track, and after posting a missing cashback claim 6 weeks ago, this has now been rejected. Wilko have wriggled out of paying stating that I did not complete the transaction wholly thru TCB (which I did). Will not bother again. I'm not surprised this happened after reading other recent reviews. Basically, don't rely on cash back being paid, just treat it as a bonus if it does. Topcashback should really be striking off repeat offenders as it damages their own reputation.

Site ran incredibly slowly when I put in an order so I missed the 2pm order cut off by a whisker. It then took over a week to arrive, with no update until I chased. Unlike many other online merchants they can only offer 8am-6pm delivery slots! On the day it was delivered, the driver called me to say he'd be at my house within an hour but then took over 3 hours to arrive and was rude when he did. To top it all off, they didn't pay my cash back and today my cash back claim was rejected. They said another site was credited but I did not use another referral site, voucher code or search engine. OVERALL SHODDY. A COMPANY NOT CUT OUT FOR ONLINE SHOPPING.

A total of 7 cash back claims outstanding having spent £377.00 2 have been rejected i await the same fate for other 5 all a joke if they are not going to pay why are they on top cashback at paying 4%? Lost a good customer.

Twice I've shopped with Wilko via TCB and never tracked, claims made and always declined. And I use TCB very often I do know how to make a purchase track etc. Won't use Wilko again!

Seems like a common pattern here, Get topcashback user to order thinking they will earn cashback. No tracking and make them wait six months. Response with a reject claim, giving reasons as a different marketing channel. I think topcashback should start sending merchant order numbers or something, so there is full transparency in the process. They should also, like ebay give % feedback on merchant cashback, This will allow us to judge whether merchants are cashback conmen

I have used Topcash back for several years, to date I have received all cash back promised, occasionally gaining assistance from Customer Care at Topcashback. However, Wilko is one site I am reluctant to shop at again in future as I have not received the cashback I thought I was entitled to. Recently (just over one month ago) I bought some toys from Wilko via the Topcashback site and requested delivery to my local store. Wilko send an email to confirm your order, however, they do not email when the products arrive at the store, for the 'delivery to store' option. I waited over two weeks and did not hear from Wilko to advise my purchases were with the local store. After two weeks I rang the store personally. They said that the products had NOT arrived. I rang Wilko Customer Service, they were very helpful on the phone. They found out that my products were at the store all the time! I collected them later that day... Back to the actual purchase via Topcashback - the purchase did not track. Despite helpful assistance from Topcashback customer care, I have heard today that the cashback is not being honoured. I know that I made the purchase via Topcashback. I am very disappointed and think it best to avoid Wilko in future. People beware!!!!!!

Cashback tracked quickly at the correct amount. Shortly afterwards it was declined. Submitted manual claimed but again decline with no reason given. I think I did everything according to cashback term - its my first online purchase from Wilko, no voucher used. Won't use again for cashback purpose.

Cashback tracked fine, no problems, but service from Wilko terrible. Had to chase for delivery date, then only 1 parcel arrived instead of 4, still trying to chase after 3 weeks, very poor communication. The worst online delivery I've ever experience - avoid.

Ordered item in October 2013, Item faulty upon arrival and also late delivery. Still also awaiting cashback from October 2013. Submitted untracked claim and sent several nudges still awaiting to hear from merchant. Worst confirmed cashback and response I have ever experienced through Topcashback

Payment declined on the grounds of using non affiliated site. I have no way of proving otherwise as Data Protection Act prevents this. So buyer beware. TCB were very helpful, but they could not pursue non payment owing to DPA.
