The cashback tracked quickly enough but the product and delivery did not. I ordered a dining set of table and 6 chairs. First off I received 8 chairs a table top and no legs. Fortunately 2 of the chairs were badly constructed so I ended up with 6 good chairs. The 2 faulty ones were picked when delivering the table legs however the rubber suction pads to secure the glass table top were missing so that meant waiting yet another week before I could finally have everything. I think this product was supplied and delivered from an external warehouse and Wilkinsons customer service did their best to sort everything out speedily but it was nevertheless a poor service experience. The product itself was very good value/price.
