Website didn't have many of the products that were in their Christmas magazine 2010.
Products ordered on 9/12/2010 and delivered on 17/12/10 using standard delivery (not too bad considering Christmas post and weather disruption).
Cashback tracked correctly and quickly.

Always paid out for me, always ordered to collect in store, though the store staff can sometimes be a bit clueless. Unfortunately cannot order media items and some even slightly bigger items to collect in store.
Also the website is exteremely inconvenient, search function works ridiculously, coming up with whatever apart from what you are looking for, and the menu is completely not user-friendly making it difficult to browse the website. A lot of wasteful clicking as a result. Very much hope they will redesign their website!

Did a collect at store purchase which tracked quickly. The only downside was that it takes a while for Wilkinsons to send it to the store.

Quick to track and very quick to pay.
Unfortunately the quality of the item was much poorer than expected.
I would research items to purchase in store before I commit to buying in future.

I have waited now for 2months for my cashback and it is still not payable. this is ridiculous. I would have bought a cheaper product if i new i wouldn't receive the cashback as initially with the cashback this product would have been cheaper. not the first time i've used TCB and experienced failure to pay up. not good enough and TCB have done nothing to help me all they can do is refer me to the review page. its help i expect not the statement that others think its a good service - just rub it in why don't you! not e good experience would be embarrassed to recommend to friends

Wilkinsons are a good merchant, who deliver well packaged items on time. I have not yet received my cashback from them yet though, after two months.

Ordered product for Reserve & Collect from Wilkinson Plus. The order arrived at the designated store within the 5 working days stated (do it this way and you don't have to pay postage). The service was excellent with a phone call to say that my order was ready for collection.
On the cashback side of things the cashback didn't track initially but within about 3 weeks it has registered after a manual note to TCB.
Cash back experience aside I will use this site again.
